Temporary exhibitions

MAR is the museum of modern and contemporary art in Ravenna, it exhibits a permanent collection of ancient, modern and contemporary works and organizes temporary exhibitions by prestigious Italian and international authors.

The rich calendar of exhibitions and cultural activities takes place mostly at the museum, inside part of the cloister of the abbey of Santa Maria in Porto, and sometimes outside locations in the city of Ravenna.
