Viewers are invited to put on headphones and listen to a fictional conversation, reconstructed from old audio recordings, between performer Sara Moisan and her father, Gatien Moisan, a painter who died in 2019 from cancer. Through an autobiographical narrative, she tenderly and humorously explores her intimate relationship with her father’s pictorial work, the meaning of creation, and the artist’s deep motivations, combining live drawing, video art, puppetry, and manipulated objects; a moving and poetic bridge between two generations of creators.
