Fluxus – Live Performance
A multisensory experience that blends music and visual art
Fluxus is a composite live performance that combines in a single narrative the music conceived ad hoc by the nascent Orchestra Didattica Verdi (ODV), of the Conservatorio Statale ‘Giuseppe Verdi’ in Ravenna, and the visual component of collage by Francesca Bordet, artist of ABA – Accademia di Belle Arti di Ravenna. The project stems from the desire to combine, in a single creative act, impro-conduction, (guided improvisation) directed by Professor Federica Maglioni (aka Frida Split), with the visual art of Francesca Bordet. In this context, music and collage merge, creating an artistic experience in which sound, score and extemporaneous storytelling are intertwined, offering participants a continuous and uninterrupted stream of consciousness.
Live music by the Verdi Teaching Orchestra and visual art by Francesca Bordet (ABA Ravenna).
Curated by Tribù Baap A.P.S. and the ‘Giuseppe Verdi’ Conservatory of Ravenna.
