The European Researchers’ Night returns on 26 September 2025 to the cities of Bologna, Cesena, Forl\u00ec and Predappio, Ravenna and Faenza, Rimini, Ferrara and, for the first time, Imola and Fano.
\nAn evening dedicated entirely to research, full of discoveries and wonder, with live demonstrations, experiments, games, workshops and much more for curious audiences of all ages, face to face with researchers from the SOCIETY consortium formed by the Universities of Bologna and Ferrara, five research institutions (CNR – National Research Council, as project coordinator; INAF – National Institute for Astrophysics; INFN – National Institute for Nuclear Physics; INGV – National Institute for Geophysics and Volcanology) and the CINECA Interuniversity Consortium. The project is also supported by the company Naxta.<\/p>\n

In a global context marked by crises such as pandemics and climate change, science offers concrete solutions. The event, entitled SOCIETY reAGIAMO, aims to create a dialogue between research and society, promoting positive reactions and collaborations. This contact between the public and researchers helps to generate innovative ideas and awareness of current challenges. SOCIETY reAGIAMO wants to inspire the younger generation, encouraging dialogue between different disciplines and involving citizens, students, teachers and research professionals. The activities during the Night touch on topics such as sustainability, technological innovation, health, equity and inclusion, bringing the public closer to cutting-edge research and creativity.
\nWe look forward to seeing you at the MAR and other venues in Ravenna with stands, demonstrations, games and presentations open to children and adults.
\nThe inauguration will take place at 6 p.m. with institutional greetings, followed by an aperitif.<\/p>\n

The SOCIETY reAGIAMO project is an event associated with the MSCA and European Union Citizens initiative, within the framework of the Marie Sk\u0142odowska Curie Actions (identification code: HORIZON-MSCA-2023-CITIZENS-01) and is supported by the partner organisations of the SOCIETY consortium.<\/p>\n
