Sandglass Theater began work on Babylon, Journeys of Refugees<\/strong><\/em>, in 2015. It was a live, ensemble production addressing the US response to refugee resettlement, and it began touring two years later. Babylon was about to leave for its first extended tour to the West Coast of the US in March 2020 when the Covid-19pandemic hit. All of our touring was cancelled. During this time, with the ensemble breaking up and seeking work outside.
